t is award season for SMEs, with multiple prestigious award organisations across the region finalising companies and entrepreneurs on the eligibility to be listed and named as 2017 award nominees. These awards, which certifies and acknowledges SMEs on their business journey, sees the recognition given to corporate companies and individuals based on a strict and specific judging criteria set by acclaimed regional industry players across Asia.
Fresh from the recent win at The Golden Bull Awards 2017 for Outstanding SMEs, LeBLANC garnered 3 more nominations from two other prestigious awards this year. Grabbing two nominations from the ACES Awards (Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards) 2017, LeBLANC is in the running for “Top SMEs In Asia” category, and “Outstanding Leaders In Asia” category for its Group Managing Director, Mr. Kuna Muno, respectively. Another nomination in hand this year is the APEA (Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award) 2017.

ACES Awards, designed to recognise successful companies and individuals, celebrate the efforts of being acclaimed entrepreneurs through the evaluation of factors that covers sustainability, measured result and fair level of program’s promotion and awareness, among others. Having to put through 4 stages and multiple judging criteria, the nominees are of highly acclaimed business entrepreneurs across the region. Winners are scheduled to be announced and celebrated in a private exclusive dinner gala to be held at a prestige hotel in Singapore this coming October.
Another award, the APEA 2017, scheduled for August 2017, will see the night celebrating entrepreneurs and business leaders from different backgrounds that excel in business, while maintaining a substantial effort in social responsibilities. This is the only recognition programme that honour business leaders for their entrepreneurial effort, business foresight, value creation, strategy adversity, business sustainability, philanthropy work and respective succession plan.
LeBLANC, honoured by the recent nominations, acknowledges the importance of these awards in the industry. Having to be nominated and recognised by such prestige awards and among top regional industry players, LeBLANC sees this as a great platform for further and future opportunities.
